The highs and lows of bipolar disorder are challenging, but not insurmountable. We’ll work together to develop meaningful coping strategies that work in combination with any medication therapies prescribed by your psychiatrist.
Following a full assessment, we will use the Internal Family Systems therapy model to explore your internal reactive subpersonalities, learn how to steer the dialog between them, and create a more peaceful, stable core self.
I will coach you on relaxation and breathing exercises that you’ll use in and outside of therapy to manage stress. We will discuss a range of therapy options best suited to your specific problem areas.
