I’m passionate in my belief that anxiety is manageable with the right counseling and coping skills. I’ve used some of the same therapies and techniques to overcome phobias I acquired in childhood—test anxiety, social anxiety, negative self-image. I’ve come a long way, and I want to help others do well at what they are called to do, rather than letting anxiety, panic, and phobias get in the way.
Several therapies work well with anxiety, but my clients have experienced greatest success with EMDR. It has the fastest and most complete results.
